Our Prices
At Open Door Counselling, people are our highest priority. It is our goal to bring you the counselling you need at a price you can afford, with sessions starting from:

Initial Session | 90 minutes: $100

Subsequent Sessions | 60 minutes: $80

*Please note that as Medicare rebates are not available for this service, a GP referral is not required. All client information is kept confidential and is not held within a government database.
Secure Video Chat

Protecting your confidentiality and privacy is our top priority. Our video call counselling sessions are conducted over Signal, a secure platform protected by end-to-end encryption, to ensure your private discussions are private.
If you do not already have Signal, you can download it for free from Signal's website; here.
Other video call platforms can be used by special request, however we cannot provide a guarantee of confidentiality if a counselling session is conducted on a platform that does not have end-to-end encryption.
Phone Call

While it is nice to put a face to a name, sometimes it's easier to keep things "old school" and just pick up the phone.

If this sounds like you, let us know when you arrange to speak with us and we'll keep things simple with a good old chat over the phone.
Face-to-Face
​
Our aim is to reach people in hard to reach places, and the wonders of a technological age enables us to do that. We also know meeting face-to-face is the foundation of human connection. Of course, not everyone who needs an open door is found in a hard to reach place.

We offer face-to-face counselling in Toowoomba, QLD by special appointment for people who prefer that human connection without a technological intermediary.
